the role of a true prophet is to bring the message of god to the common people. the origin of this term is from messiah meaning messenger from god. Judaic religions namely jewism, Christianity and also Islam all believe in messiah or prophets. moses, Jesus and Mohamed are considered messiahs who brought the true word of god to the people.the most important characteristic of a prophet is therefore god should have spoken to them. in the case moses it was ten commandments were revealed to him. the bible and Qumran also speak of interaction between their prophets and god.false prophets claim divinity. predict or foresee or prophecy events that are going to happen. they claim the power to perform miracles. usually they are after material benefits only.as far as difference between minor prophet and major prophet there is no such thing to the best of my knowledge.

it’s not even remotely close: NRT, inc. has acquired billions and billions and billions of dollars of real estate companies and includes a gigantic commercial division too. they crush the next closest competitor approximately 4 to 1 in sales volume.of course, re/max offices are indepedently owned and franchised and if they were to put all the remax offices together, it’d be a different story.
